Notification of merger of main branch in International Commerce Centre (“ICC”) and Connaught Road Central Branch (the “Plan”) |

We wish to bring to your notice that with effect from June 01, 2020, we will be merging our main branch in ICC and Connaught Road Central branch. The Connaught Road Central branch will continue to be functional for operations and customer services until May 29, 2020. |
|
The Plan is for improving our synergy and inter-departmental work between the two branches and it will help us extend our centralized customer service facility, integrated banking solutions under one roof for all our banking related services. |

As before, you can continue to do the transactions online through internet banking and also give us the instructions through fax and courier/post. |
|
After the merger of the captioned two branches, for any appointments or regular branch visits, you may please walk-in to our main branch in ICC. The address of our main branch and office in ICC is as below: |
