Our International Syndications Group (ISG) is a dedicated Foreign Currency Loan syndication desk set up to pursue the loan syndication business. The primary focus has been on meeting the requirements of India-led corporates business. The group works in tandem with the Corporate Banking Group for meeting the fund raising requirements of Indian corporates. ISG has a large syndication network through its presence at ICICI Banks’ offshore locations (USA, UK, Singapore, HK and Bahrain) and through partnerships with other banks globally. The team consists of specialists, who are experienced in the international loan syndicate market and have strong understanding of the India loan market.

The Hong Kong desk covers the banks based in North Asian markets for distribution of offshore India loans in the primary market. The desk also works closely with bank’s corporate banking team at Hong Kong branch to originate non-India linked North Asian transactions for participation by ICICI Bank.
