SMS ALERTS are instant text messages on your mobile phone confirming transactions on your designated ICICI Bank Hong Kong current accounts. You will be notified on your registered mobile phone of any credit or debit transaction of or above a threshold value of your choice (in the currency of the account) such as interest credit/debit, pre-authorized debits and cheque credits / debits.
- Download and fill the subscription to SMS ALERTS service form and send it to us.
- Walk into any of our branches in Hong Kong
Walk into any of our branches in Hong Kong and give a request to stop the SMS ALERT service
It will take up to 2 business days for you to start receiving SMS ALERTS after your request for registration is received.
It will take up to 5 business days to de-register or stop receiving TEXT ALERTS after your request for de-registration is received.
There is a monthly charge of HKD 20 / USD 2.50 / RMB 20 (depending on the currency of your current account) for the SMS ALERTS service
You will receive SMS ALERTS from +85264506303.
The information in SMS ALERTS includes:
- Last 3 digits of your account number
- Transaction amount
- Transaction date
- Transaction remarks
- Available balance after the transaction has occurred
You will receive instant text messages on your mobile phone when the transactions are processed in your designated ICICI Bank Hong Kong account(s).
You can register only one mobile phone number per service registration. This will be the mobile number registered with ICICI Bank Hong Kong, and this will apply to all individual accounts in your name.
No, the SMS ALERTS service is applicable only for Hong Kong mobile numbers.
Only the mobile phone number belonging to the primary account holder in a joint account will receive the SMS ALERTS
You have to de-register for SMS ALERTS for your old mobile phone number and then register for SMS ALERTS for your new mobile phone number.
